supplement of the day Creatine!

Creatine. is a supplement that is commonly found in red meat. Creatine is sold as a bulking supplement. What creatine actually does is dehydrate the body, it also increases water volume of the muscle. most creatine sold today is borderline junk! there have been several studies made on creatine and different types of creatine. creatine phosphate shows the most results in muscle growth but also can cause death. Which is the reason why no one makes it. Creatine monohydrate is probably the most commonly known creatine. The creatine monohydrate of today is nothing compared to yesterdays. most people used it when EAS introduced it in 1994. people would use a crude loading phase in which i myself also did. i personally gained 8 pounds in 7 days of use. the creatine would totally bloat you up like a water balloon. then came the small dog and cat creatine which was mainly used by powerlifters. It was probably the most potent of any creatine ever released and was pulled off the market just as quick . THis creatine was used by several of my friends most in which gained 10-15 pounds and got stronger than an ox. this was over a 3 week use. the supplement used to smell like fruity pebbles . in the late 90s creatine became obsolete and arginine started being used again. ( arginine one of the oldest supplements was used in the 1800's) in about 2001-2004 creatine took a big turn for the worse in the new creatine was missing the monohydrate and now it wouldn't bloat you any more. the problem with these creatine's were they didn't work at all. so i have listed my top 5 creatines of all time for your use .. some are no longer available some are .. these are all from personal use. and are solely my opinion but if you know who i am you can respect my opinion.

1. DOG Creatine (banned in 1999)
2. EAS original 1994-1996 creatine
3. Purple K ( sold from Fusion in Canada)
4. Cell Tech by Muscle tech (product of Canada)
5. Muscle tech Creatine 600 (banned 1999)

2 things of note, if you do not drink a lot of water with creatine you will become dehydrated, and you also will experience cramping. I never ever use creatine on days i train my legs. i would always get horrible cramps from using it on leg days and i would never ever do that again!

if you want info on how to take a particular product look for more blogs in the future. thanks
